That&#039;s wonderful you are creating a menu for a cafe. Congratulations!  The Matcha tea powder used in this recipe isn&#039;t raw.  The green tea leaves are steamed and then dried in a temperature controlled environment.  How high is the temperature?  I&#039;m not sure but I&#039;d guess it isn&#039;t below 118 degrees.</description>

My only question is, do you think it would work as well with rice milk, I don&#039;t generally do well with nuts. I haven&#039;t tried nut milks because I figured if I can&#039;t eat them I probably can&#039;t drink them either.</description>
