hi.
I juice the ginger in my manual wheat grass juicer.
Easier than dirtying the juicer and the liquid ginger is very potent too.
also add seasonal berries to this drink.
Raspberry ginger limeade is sublime.

I finally bought agave! Thanks Ingrid for the recommendation. It was on the pricey side but worth it. I made this drink yesterday, altering the recipe just a bit with a little more agave and it was perfect!!! I really like the twist of ginger in this drink. I'll be making this drink again.

Zara - I'm so glad you enjoyed this drink and that you are now using agave ~ that is great!

Wow, that looks so appealing! And where do you find that fabulous glass?

Hi Marilyn - The glass is nice. I was lucky to receive it as a gift set from the owner of a fabulous bed and breakfast I recently visited in Oregon with my husband, best friend and her family.

[...] Lime, agave and ginger in the right amounts equals a deliciously cool and refreshing treat to beat the hot summer days. The ginger aspect intrigues me greatly; I might give this a go tomorrow, after I hit the grocery store. Photos to come, if I do. [...]
