I found some fresh turmeric root at Whole Foods. I’m thinking of using a small piece in this juice instead of the powder. Ever done anything with fresh turmeric, Ingrid?

i founds this juice of your interesting and i want to try but i dont have a juicer if its possible to use a blender?i like garlic also and sometime i used it on my dips like vinigar with garlic and pepers and some chili,and sometime i just swallowed it with honey

Beware I added too much garlic and wham my stomach went nuts. I thought I was going to be sick. Wow Evan, how much garlic did you use? I appreciate that you tried the recipe. If you consider trying it again, start off with one clove of garlic. Thanks for stopping by.

When I was little, my mom always mixed carrot juice with freshly squeezed orange juice, and it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with that concoction.

I’ll have to try your lovely version, using garlic and turmeric. Thank you.

I love fresh carrot juice, never thought to toss in some garlic though. Pretty picture.

Zara – the additional of garlic is surprisingly delicious – don’t be afraid to try it.
