Today I am happy to announce 4 winners!!!! Three people won Ani’s Raw Food Kitchen recipe book, and one person won a Tribest Personal Blender PB-100 Blender!!

The question I asked “How has a raw food diet changed your life for the better”, brought forth inspiring, moving, enlightening, and encouraging stories. I can personally attest experiencing many of the wonderful benefits a raw vegan diet offers, like improved spiritual, mental, and physical heath, high energy, conscious awareness of the type of foods I eat, a greater connection to our environment, open and loving in my relationship with myself and others, I could go on and on. It was wonderful reading all your incredible stories. Thank you so much for participating and sharing.
