This recipe has WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much salt. I think it should have been like an 1/8 of a tablespoon... It tasted a bit like salt soup!

Hi Keiko - thank you for stopping by and leaving your feedback. The amount of salt is indeed too much. It was a typo on my part that I have changed. I am delighted that you tried this recipe it really is delicious. However, I regret that the measurement of one of the ingredients (the salt) listed was inaccurate. Please accept my apology for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

My favorite soup is an original Tomato-Cilantro soup of mine.

3 small tomatoes
4 sundried tomatoes – soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
1 teaspoon honey
1 garlic clove, minced
7 sprigs cilantro
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoons soy sauce (or 1 teaspoon Nama Shoyu)
2 tablespoon olive oil
pinch cayenne pepper or red pepper chili flakes

Put all of the ingredients in a blender. Add just enough water to cover the ingredients. Blend.
Pour into a bowl. I added chunks of avocado. Whoo hoooooo this is good!

Thanks much,
