It may be corny but it’s so true. I love having my family & friends in my life all the time. I am also thrilled to have the chance to win a Vitamix especially since my roommate is about to take her blender with her and I cannot buy a replacement.

I might be too late for the Vita-Mix, but I am still thankful.

I’m thankful for my intuition (honed over my almost 30 years) to have a sense that my body is talking to me and telling me what it needs in terms of healthy diet and skincare.
And thankful for the internet and god’s shining on ordinary folks who come forward to share powerful information for healing…

Of course family & friends, too. ;-)
