I've been seeing dandelions everywhere lately (blogs, stores, videos, etc) that I wonder if I'm being told something. :)

Heidi - it might be a subtle hint, nudge to eat more dandelions. ;-)

There's nothing quite like backyard eating. Or front yard eating for that matter. Looks like your juice feasting is coming along pretty well!

Heather - yes thankfully it is! I attribute the ease of juice feasting to my diet and lifestyle. :-)

Thanks for sharing your juicing recipes. Although I wasn't as knowledgeable as I am now about juicing, I did do one several years ago. It was a 7 day cleanse that included organic juices (carrot, beet, celery and apple) along w/some herbs and minerals. On 6 of those days, I got a colonic. I was so determined to do it that I can't recall any ill feelings. I'm sure my energy was low on a couple of day. (Sorry, it was about 6 yrs ago.) And yes, it may have been a bit extreme but I felt great afterwards and my skin was gorgeous! Would I do it again?.. Without the colonics, yes.
Again, thanks for sharing!
lol

Your welcome Cheris - thank you for sharing your story. My very first fast was no way near the other fasting experiences or this current juice feast. In comparison, it was a disaster! Like you, the first time around my knowledge of fasting then isn't what it is now. I thought I was doing something great for my health and bought a fasting kit with a bunch of vitamins to take every day. I struggled during the entire fast, feeling lousy, weak, and lethargic probably because I was fasting and polluting my body with the synthetic vitamins in the kit! I cut the fast short and quickly recovered. LOL!!! Live and learn. Colonics are definitely a beneficial part of the detox program.
