Hi! Its just like – I could not NOT write! I know I’ll never be vegeterian, vegan nor raw but I’m fascinated by the thought that one can make all kinds of food without cooking, so I found this cake recipe and it looked so great, I HAD to try – so this is it – My first raw recipe! It awesome to say the least, so Thank You from me in Latvia where raw eating is just begining to spread!

I think I like this cake better than regular chocolate cake, and the frosting is out of this world! So easy to make too!
