We grew lemongrass all summer long last summer. WE did the same thing just took what we had, rooted it and stuck it in the ground. It grows really well. Come winter we dug it up and potted it, it&#039;s still around.</description>

I was thrilled to find this entry since my box also included bok choy and I wasn&#039;t sure what to do with it, either. I&#039;m dying to make this entire meal. Thanks much!</description>
