Get ready Los Angeles for some great raw food classes! The Al Fresco Summer Raw Class Tour [click on link to view video announcement] is the brainchild of Omid Jaffari, an amazing and talented raw chef, who will soon tour the U.S. and Canada to share his knowledge and expertise on how to prepare raw food recipes, and Los Angeles is his first stop.

When Omid approached me with the idea of collaborating with him on these classes, I immediately knew this event was something I would be delighted to be involved in and host. I am very happy to share this exciting news with you, and pleased to work side-by-side with Omid helping to teach and present delicious raw food recipes.

Class Details

These classes are perfect for all skills levels and offers great food and recipes, hands-on instructions, lots of valuable information covering food prep, techniques, flavoring, etc., printouts of all materials covered, and more. These classes will also benefit everyone interested in learning about raw food and how to prepare it with a little style and panache.

The Menu

4 course meal includes:

Gorgeous Green Smoothie
Pea, Fennel and Mint Summer Soup
Beet Carpaccio
Mature Peach and Dark Chocolate Kiss

The Classes

Class dates: August 30, 2009
Class time: Sunday from 9am – 12pm

R.S.V.P. required. Space is limited. Price is $100 per person payable via Paypal or cash payment, to be paid at the time of reservation.

    Great idea I have always respected your culinary contributions abd Omid is always bring the ” heat” in the kitchen. Great pair, I hope you post about it on your blog with tons of behind the scene shots
