Raw & organic is the only way I can imbibe in chocolat. I'm not a raw food vegan- more a wannabe- but I've got multiple food allergies/sensitivities and cannot eat dairy products nor yeast breads nor maltodextrin/ malitol/ sucralose (or probably most of the others similarly named). I'm older and getting used to what to eat over the last few years, so I've been slow to adopt things I could have been using. Hence you'all brought cocoa back into my diet and suddenly I am able to enjoy chocolate again- hot chocolate, those yummy raw foodie brownies made of walnuts, dates, & cocoa. So thank you SO much. You have been of great assistance to me and someday I hope to even go raw vegan. I spent 5 years as a vegetarian but that is not plausable in this family. I'm rather a pescatarian now, with exception (not generally by choice) but have introduced a large number of raw vegan recipes into my diet. Thanks much. Sue

Hi Sue and welcome! Thanks you for sharing your thoughts and for your kind words. YAY!!! I'm happy to know you eating the best natural chocolate in its pure form. It sounds like you are making great choices and taking the steps in the healthiest direction. Good for you! It's great to hear you hope to introduce even more raw vegan food to your diet. I'm here, so let me know if I can do anything to help. :-)

Another wonderful raw chocolatier is Rawganic, www.rawganic.com.au whose chocolate is absolutely decadent, silky smooth and with incredible flavours like chili & lime, and hibiscus & lacuma. Her chocolate is made in Qld, Australia and ships worldwide, and I must say I haven't tasted another chocolate like it!

Hi Kate - thanks for sharing this info. The way you describe their chocolate ~ sounds divine! I am on my way to check them out now ....
