What about "Mostly Martha" which is the original "No Reservations" . Far superior. Another for the list: "Babette's Feast", one of the all time great food movies.

We just watched Food Matters -- viewed it with the kids and it was a good documentary. Also Supersize me, and King Corn...both good documentaries.

Great list! Am hoping to watch Julie and Julia this week!

"Babette's feast" is my all-time favorite food movie. I cannot imagine a foodie missing out on this most sensual experience.

Chocolat is one of my all-time favorites. Hello, Johnny Depp? And, I thoroughly enjoyed Tortilla Soup. Great list!

Since you lurve Paris, I'm surprised you didn't put Babette's Feast on here. When Babette wins the lottery of 10,000 francs, she decides to take her winnings and create a "real French dinner." An epicurean delight!

Another good one is Big Night with an amazing cast — Stanley Tucci, Tony Shalhoub, Isabella Rossellini, Minnie Driver, Ian Holm, Liev Schreiber... Set in the Jersey Shore in the 1950s, it tells the story of two immigrant brothers from Italy who own and operate a restaurant called Paradise. Fabulous!

As per usual Ingrid, I love your posts. I am a massive movie goer and I would of thought that I would have been more than aware of all of these films but thank you so much for sharing :)
