I've always wanted a dehydrator. I live in a cold climate, and it would be so nice to make some raw desserts and breads during the winter that are a little warmer and more cooked-like. I also LOVE nuts and seeds, and would prefer to soak them and then dry them, but it's such a hassle with the oven. Oh! I’ve always wanted a dehydrator.
