I am most thankful for my family, my health, and my life.
I’m most thankful to be able to come home this Christmas and spend the holidays with my parents and my closest friends.
I am grateful for so much. Being able to have the awareness that we are all One, which I believe is the deeper meaning of the season. Living near the beach and having the ability to buy organic, fresh, living foods just blocks from my house at the Farmer’s markets and WF. For the amazing connections I’ve made on facebook with people of like mind. And most of all for the gift of my daughter. And much more, every day. Thanks, Ingrid, for this opportunity.
I am so very grateful for the crazy, adventurous, sometimes worrisome, always exciting, new life I am creating for myself and my two wonderful kiddos!
I am grateful for my health of body and mind. I am grateful that I have grown enough to know how to take care of myself in the most personal, meaningful ways. I am grateful that by doing this, I am able to give to others, like my students, family, and friends…and even complete strangers. I am grateful to have access to healthy food and clean water to refuel my temple. I am so grateful for my yoga practice. I am grateful to have to so much love in my life. I am grateful that I have a job that gives me purpose and fills my life with joy and love. I am grateful for my apartment so I can refuel. I am grateful for all the wonderful people in my life. And I am grateful that I have enough sense to see how lucky I really am. Life is beautiful!
Someone in CA is going to be so happy!

I am incredibly grateful for the sun. It brings us so much light, pun intended, and is so crucial to life.
And, of course grateful to you Ingrid for creating these kind of opportunities.
I am grateful to go see my family in Wisconsin and get away from the hustle and bustle of LA!
What am I most grateful for right now? I am most grateful for the privilege of having a family to celebrate with this time of year. As I look around the stores and streets and see sadness in the eyes of those that wander aimlessly because they have no one to share friendship and love with, I wonder who’s child they were and how did they become so disregarded. At times we all become frustrated or irritated during the holidays because we feel we have so many ‘obligations’ or ‘responsibilities’ to satisfy other’s requests for our time and energy and yet…guess what? Someone is at least there to incite those feelings! :) Happy Holidays!!
Right now I’m most grateful that I’ll finally be graduating from college this upcoming year. I’ve had some bumps in the road along the way, but I’ll finally be finishing up school in March. I feel extremely lucky that I’ve been able to go to school and earn my degree!
I am most grateful for the love and support of my friends right now. Without them, we would not have gotten through this last year as well as we have, losing our house and then my sister spraining both her ankles.
I don’t know what I would have done without them and all their love, help and support.
I am grateful for my family, and my husband having a good job…
