Thank you so much for your wisdom and insight. This post has really helped me on so many levels. I have hit a rough patch heading into the new year and have been dazed, confused and overwhelmed. And at times feeling hopeless. But I am coming around and coming back to a place of reason and peace LOL. Hugs to you and I wish you the best in 2010! andra

Happy new year! I made a few new years goals, including doing more yoga, reading more literature and taking one mini risk/challenge per week.
