Hi,
I'm just starting to learn about raw food diets and I'd been wondering about freezing, so this is great to know! I imagine for thawing you let the food sit either on the countertop or in the fridge? I know this is a silly question, but I'm just not sure if I should be concerned about food safety (as in microorganisms etc.).
Thanks for any advice; your site is a great resource!

Fantastic Idea, I never thought of freezing them. I too love shopping at the local farm market and supporting the hard working local farmers.

This past week I've been so relieved to have raw organic vegan chocolates stored in my freezer... yum! They sure hit the spot when you want a bite of healthy chocolate. I made them many, many months ago, too!

I keep a lot of my foods frozen as well. It really helps when you're in a crunch especially for foods like nuts and seeds. I like to have them soaked, dehydrated and frozen for immediate use! Great ideas, thanks!
